1. I'm supposed to get snow tonight as part of this massive typhoon over the Great Lakes.
No accumulation I'm sure, but flakes in the air anyway.

2. Big storm up around Loveland.
I'm in Cortez down in the Four Corners. We had flurries yesterday, and snow up on the mesas and San Juans but nothing in town. Clear blue skies today.

5. Why are you in such a hurry to hear about snow?
I had almost 6 feet of it over the course of last winter and I'd be very happy if I didn't get six inches this year...:shrug:

8. I forgot to mention that.
I walked the dog past the courthouse this morning and there was a patchy skim of ice across the sidewalk. Somebody had spread rocksalt the length of the sidewalk. They must have a HUGE rocksalt budget.:rofl:

9. I heard on NPR that some folks there in CO were due to get 2 feet!
Not sure if that's normal there for this time of year, I've heard it tends to snow early there. :scared:
