Well, so long summer '10.

In my weird little world I measure summertime with two events. Summer starts when Gomer Pyle sings 'Back Home in Indiana, and summertime is over with the mass assention at the Albuquerque Ballon Fiesta.

I got up to the Fiesta back in the '83, and am still impressed with what I saw and experienced (and believe me, it is an experience) but now never fail to watch it on the television machine. If anyone is traveling in the Albuquerque area this week, keep a eye out for the balloons, although they are hard to miss.
