There were many memorable episodes. I remember Burgess Meridith as the "obsolete" librarian, the episode where the kid gets swallowed up in another dimension inside the wall, the monsters on Maple Street, and the street pitchman who has to make the ultimate sale - to Death Himself.

It was an amazing show.

remember Agnes Morehead in the little aliens one?

The dimension wall episode scared me as a kid..I had forgotten about it (and was immediately re-creeped out even as an adult)

Do you remember the episode about the man who stopped time? Right as a nuclear bomb was about to finish exploding? He was the only one experiencing time, everything else was frozen. Oh the AGONY of that episode (same kind as Burgess Meredith stepping on his glasses)

That’s true, and that was a wonderful story. When she changed out of her uniform and put on that dress she was suddenly no longer one of them. One of the enemies. A million years in the past or a million years in the future, somewhere in the Twilight Zone.
