2. That's funny actually...
I don't know how I feel about that really. The song is perfect for that spot!

But Michael is a fantastic guy and he will use the $$ for good, I am sure. He also does 2 TV theme songs too (Burn Notice and another one).

One of the only artists to have increased his fan base over the past five years...

5. Yeah I have mixed emotions on that one...

I mean, the biggest appeal of the song is that it is so pure :shrug:

6. You just totally made my day.
Franti just has that "IT" factor. I first heard him back when he was doing Disposable Heroes of Hiphoprisy, on a CD of punk cover versions of the Dead Kennedy's song California Uber Alles. Franti's version kicked ass, and was more spot on than the DK version. I immediately tracked down Franti's stuff, and years later I've yet to be disappointed.

Franti is that one little spark of TRUE hope left in all of us.

Bob Marley had it. Bob Dylan has it. The kind of guy, that when you see him, you know that he is on to something much larger than rock androll. being a NORCAL guy I get to spend a lot of time with him...
