I ordered a feral trap over the internet to catch him, then spent 300 bucks at the vet getting him fixed / vaccinated / treated for wound infections / micro-chipped - now he is mine. He insisted on retaining some of his feral-dom though so we came to an agreement (after he escaped and disappeared for 17 days) - he gets to go outside, but has to be inside when I am sleeping. :D
