Tonight Alley is having dinner and drinks with one of Man-Cub's buddie's mom. Just as I settled down for the evening I got a call from a Deputy Sheriff telling me I need to come down to a sub-station and pick up my kid.

Him and two other of his friends were caught smoking pot up in Palos Verdes. We have bumped heads with him for crappy grades, he is really smart but is barely pulling a C average going in to his senior year at high school, dodging chores, and being a general snarkey little shit head. And now he is a snarkey little shit head with a criminal record.

I confiscated his cell phone sent him to bed, and tomorrow my wife and I are going to develop a non-lethal response.
