Ah, the joy of deliveries

So I bought me this



to get my exercise moving finally.

I got a call from the delivering company two days ago. They asked if I would be home between 2pm and 4pm today for the delivery. I told them between 4pm and 6pm would be better for me. The lady on the phone accepted that.
Fast forward to today around 10.30am. I got a call from the guys who deliver. Could I be home at noon already or at 12.30pm. Me not happy about that agreed to be home at 12.30am as I am - what a surprise - at work and it takes me at least half an hour to get home. So I left at 11.30am as I prefer to be home a little bit before the agreed time. Guess what? When I got home at 12.10pm they were there already, the one guy having the cell in his hand about to call me again.
I really hate deliveries. Either they come ages too early or ages too late.

At least I have my home trainer at my place now and can start exercising this evening.

can you generate electricity for a computer or tee vee or stereo with it? :rofl: that might motivate me, if I couldn't get on line unless I put in some miles/kilometers! otherwise it would make a nice clothes rack.:rofl:

seriously - good luck and remember it takes about 3 weeks to form a new habit - if you can stay with it for 3 weeks you can really make a change!
