Does anyone want to talk about Mad Men? ***SPOILERS***
What a great show last night - much better than the first two this season. The first half was pretty sobering, with the news of Anna Draper's illness. Losing her will be hard for Don, maybe one of the hardest losses he'll ever have because, as she said, she knows everything about him and loves him anyway. Don has never had anyone like that in his life.

The second half was just hilarious. Don and Lane's manly bonding was so comical, especially at the Godzilla flick. What a funny movie for them to see, too.

And we got to see a little bit more of Joanie's marriage, which has always puzzled me. The writers have never really shown us what she sees in him in the first place. Now she wants to have a baby with him?
:wtf: Joan?

1. Well, I totally dug the first two EP of this season
But you're right, last night's was especially fine and tragic and funny. I felt sort of bad for Lane's secretary but not really. That was just an unforgivable screw-up and I would have fired her idiot ass too.

4. Yep...I don't get Joanie's marriage either. It seems like a loveless marriage or should..
..I say dull marriage? I sense absolutely no "Magic" in any of it.
