Okay, now I'm at the second stage of my job application...
First it was send coverletter and resume;
then a short questionnaire, including salary expectations;
now it's "can't meet your minimum salary requirements, but willing to work with you if you can be flexible"

So, what do I do now? Lower my salary requirements or ask what their "estimated salary range" for the position I'm applying to?

Damn, it was so much easier when salaries were posted up front!
