3. I have read the first 12 or so, I plan on buying the rest soon.
I have not read The Preacher, I may have to check it out.

4. The Preacher is AWESOME.
getting past the religious nature of it won't be difficult. it all makes for a great backdrop. i don't want to spoil anything for you, so check it out and let me know what you think.

for me, The Preacher and The Walking Dead are a dead heat tie for my all time favorites.

re: TWD, i've read up to vol. 11. planning on getting the rest soon as well.

in my book, it tops Walking Dead. It's like a punch to the gut, but in a good way.

8. Well, not exactly
but it takes elements from the Peltier story and the general AIM movement from the 1960s, as well as modern day corruption tied to gaming. There is a minor character based on Peltier in the story, though.
