Is there a term for people who spend their whole work trying to fix things that aren't broken?
Because I work with someone like that and it's driving me NUTS.

2. Ha ha. But I don't mean physical things.
Just trying to change processes that already work. Like those web-based companies who deliver "solutions" to non-existent problems.
