And the heels aren't absurdly high, nor is there some crazy unmanageable platform. Platforms can be nice because they pad the ball of the foot to a certain extent, but that's when they're only about 1-1.5 inches.

the necklace is too busy with the dress: the dress really wants more subdued jewelry

the shoes don't go with the dress either: that dress is really begging for some plain flat sandals
