No stupid assed car chase "theme" running through the entire chases.

1. *love love LOVE* that movie!
I like the way that it actually looks like it hurts when DeNiro etc. are getting punched around in the Roman amphitheater ruins.

And I loves me some Jean Reno, too :D

3. One of the best movie car chases of all time.
Love the film, watch it every time it is on TV and have the DVD too. The actors, the locations, the cinematography, everything together makes it exceptional. After Bullitt, Ronin is considered to have one of the best car chases in movies. Here is the YT video for Bullitt: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p-y1VUdnQXo

4. I had a tough time
figuring out WHAT was going on. People chasing each other, shooting like WW2 but no one really explained why...........
But the cars and stuff were cool! :toast:

6. When that movie came out, I thought it was to be based on the comic book.
By Frank Miller. Turns out it was not, of course, and long rumor has it that the comic book is being made into a movie. It's an extraordinary story.

Never got into the Deniro flick "Ronin".

7. Fantastic Flick. Frankenheimer Was A Master.

And if you think the town of Arles looks good in that movie, do yourself a favor and go there some time for a visit. Stunning.......
