It's HOT in "Hotlanta" today!

and I can't wait to get home and get outside for a run tonight in the 90+ heat and humidity... it's going to be a good night to sweat out some stress from the work week.

It will be great if I can run 10 miles tonight, but that may be an overly optimistic goal given the fact I woke up at 4:30am. We'll see how far good ole RT runs.

After the stress-relieving run, I am going to "pour one out" in memory of my bulldog, Lu, who died two years ago today. :(

1. Be careful! Walking dog at 6:30 a.m. today in Chapel Hill I got spacy and she

was panting so much we cut our walk short. On return, she frothed water out of her mouth!
