Anybody else having problems with verizon.com SSO?
All I ever want to do is sign on, pay my bill, and sign off.

From my POV it seems like they change procedures or don't remember sign ons every 3-4 months. I have the SSO, I keep a file of all my sign ons. It's not like I forget what my SSO is.

But it seems like I get locked out all the time.

Does anyone else experience this?

Yes, I would love to dump verizon, but I can't at the moment since they are tied to my DSL service.
