1. Best AND Worst: Ben Linus
He really fucked up when he tried to call Keamey's bluff and ended up watching his daughter take a bullet to the head, but his love of Alex was the first sign that there was a redeemable human being buried in there.

2. When it comes to LOST
I would take Michael off the worst list (at least he tried. Hard.) and put Christian Shepard on it. Copped out early, left both his son and his daughter to the weirdnesses of the Island (without bothering to let them know about each other) and only keyed back in at the very end to play "voice of God." Ugh. Yes, I know he was dead. His death was pathetic too.

Come to think of it, I'm not sold on a Dad of the Year award for Charles Whidmore either. Or Sun's father, or....and...and...wow, that show was just riddled with daddy issues. Like I said, at least Michael made an effort.

No. No, the worst from LOST was clearly Locke's father.

4. Yeah, Anthony Cooper deserves a Lifetime Achievement Award
Tracking down the son you abandoned as an infant so you can steal his kidney? That's low!

5. Not to mention Anthony Cooper having COMPLETELY RUINED
Edited on Sat Jun-19-10 01:20 AM by XemaSab
the lives of TWO of our heroes. :o

(I was thinking about that yesterday, and it might be my favorite moment in TV. You know, the moment where you're like XOMG! That's the original guy who whatsisname was after! And he's about to meet an UGLY end!)

I think Roger Linus deserves an honorable mention for WORST. He SOOOO had it coming.

And I can't really think of too many candidates for best from LOST. Yes, Ben got a LOT better after Alex ate it, but she hated him in life, so I can't say it's like they had this close bond that was destroyed, ya know?

On edit:

Awesome deleted scene between Alex and Ben. (We never did see them interacting much, did we?)

3. I love it. They even thought of Mr. Incredible, which is maybe the best Superhero movie ever.
