A pinch collar or a gentle leader. (I'd vote for the pinch.) Pinch collars do not choke, they ZING the dog with a pinch to his neck...gets his attention immediately, and only a couple of sharp tugs would have Bo doing exactly what the Leader of the Free World wants him to do.
I know your post is sarcastic, but the dog owner in me has to respond to the sight of a pooch so far out at the end of his leash. (I walk TWO dogs together who are each twice as big as Bo several times every day, and they never pull me like that, all thanks to the pinch collars I've trained them on.)
