1. I adore corn
I love it in every form possible. I know it's probably not good for me, many humans are actually allergic to corn, but even so, I can't stop myself. Especially fresh corn in the summer.

I'm a corn addict.

4. My favorite way to eat corn on the cob:
Edited on Fri Jun-04-10 06:15 PM by hippywife
Boil it for dinner and then put the cooled leftovers in the fridge. The next day take it out of the fridge and eat it just like it is. So cold, so sweet, so refreshing. Yum! :9

7. Random picture from a search
I know all about Jersey corn, after all I live here too! The corn we've been getting has been whatever Shop Rite or Wegmans has in stock, it's not Jersey, but it's been pretty good so far. Heck, we even picked up a few ears in Virginia on the way home from Florida, just so we could have it the next day without having to go anywhere.

11. When we toured the Iowa Capitol, there was this GIANT painting of corn...

The guide said that the guy painted over 30,000 individual kernels and
then they never paid him for it.

This painting, you really only do for the LOVE OF CORN!!
