BREAKING: President Obama appoints Liz Cheney as Secretary Of I Told You So

CNN Washington - In an historic first, President Barack Obama appointed former Vice President Dick Cheney's daughter Liz to the position of Secretary Of I Told You So.

Secretary Cheney's duties will include letting out a shrill cackle and yelling the words "I TOLD YOU SO" every time anything remotely negative happens during the duration of President Obama's term.

President Obama told reporters "I can't imagine a better person for this position."

Liz Cheney responded with "I TOLD YOU SO," preceded by a shrill cackle.
