18. Um. File that under "N" for "No Kidding"
Are you actually explaining the joke that I made to me?

Come on--I'm not saying that it's funny, but at least credit me with understanding my own bon mot!

4. I like their early stuff like "Electric Co." and "Two Hearts Beat as One" and "Wire"
But also that song w/ Luciano Pavorati (sp?) -- Miss Sarajevo. Always makes me tear up.

8. I went with "Lame" for 10, Alex.
It was a good cover of a good song, but sounded basically like some drunk Irish guys in a pub. Hmmm. Come to think of it, that's not a bad thing...

9. "Bad" is probably my all-time favorite. That simple little guitar line is just amazing.
More recently I've been partial to "Trying to Throw Your Arms Around the World," although that one's a bit more of a guilty pleasure. I'm also amused by the irony of it - I mean, what has Bono been doing for most of his career, if not trying to throw his arms around the world? :P

From The Joshua Tree.

And I know it's an easy choice, but the opening instrumental to "Where The Streets Have No Name" still gives me chills everytime I hear it:

21. Sorry...it's "I Will Follow" from "Live At Red Rocks"
Everything else they've done gets in line behind that song, and that performance.

27. Pride (In the Name of Love)
Not only was it a good song, with a good meaning, I also think that this is some of The Edge's best work. The rhythm sounds like a two-track, but it's not.
