2. They took the loop out of Son of Beast....I guess it was causing too much mechanical trouble.

i thought it was closed permanently.

they've had deaths, 3 of which were due to pre-existing medical conditions.

5. I love Superman at that Six Flags
However, that's really the only reason to visit that park. I found it very underwhelming considering the price you pay to get in.

7. I think the rest of the coasters there are okay
But I can't take coasters the way I used to. When I went there a couple of years ago, I was sore by the end of the day from them. Oh plus I ended up sitting with my feet dangling in the air off the Mind Eraser which got stuck coming down to the end for 40 minutes or so. So not a good experience. But the Superman coaster is such a smooth ride and it makes you feel like you are flying...

13. Goliath at SFMM

Goliath is a steel hypercoaster made by Giovanola of Switzerland. During a brief period from its opening on February 11 to May 13, 2000, Goliath's 255-foot opening drop was recognized as the longest and fastest (85 mph) on a closed-circuit roller coaster in the world. And because it has no inverted elements, the only restraint is a lap bar!
