4. Hi MicaelS, they're called a "bombcart" and they're only used within the shipping terminal
for moving shipping containers between the ship and a location on the dock where it is to be stacked on the ground like you can see in the photograph below on the right hand portion of the picture. Not all containers are grounded this way, many of them are loaded onto a chassis and parked else where in the yard.

6. Here's another photograph.
If you look closly you'll see two top loaders in the yard working stacking containers and if you look closly you'll see a bombcart getting a container taken off of it to be stacked in the pile with the rest of the containers.
