I LOVE people who slow to a crawl at a yellow light, then GUN it, leaving me at the red

Especially when they change lanes in front of me, without using a signal, sometimes cutting me off, right before the intersection, then slow to five or ten MPH below the speed limit, then, when the light turns yellow, they crawl to almost a complete stop, then at the last possible moment (usually AFTER the light turns red), they change their minds and gun it through the intersection, and I get to wait out the next phase of the light.

To the middle-aged lady who did that to me today, I know you're not reading this, but I love you! Really. You and every fucking person LIKE You.

...since you've waited out the light, the offending motorist is long gone, meaning you've likely dealt with this person for the final time today.

Stupid people and cars are a bad combination. Wherever people are found, stupid people are found also. Ergo, there will always be stupid drivers, endangering the rest of us. What can one do?

4. I also had a family gather at the side of my car in the Safeway parking lot and refuse to budge

All middle aged...had no idea what language was being spoken...one man, three women...all middle aged. The guy was smoking a cigarette at the back end of my car and had to move out of the way for me to open the back door to put my groceries in, but he moved J-U-S-T enough to do that, and kept puffing that fucking cigarette (since I quit smoking, I'm severely allergic, even if I'm outside, but especially if the asshole is 6 inches away).

They were parked to my right, and as I backed up, the women were talking a mile a minute and lurching around between my car and theirs...one inch the wrong way and I would have run over one of their feet.

As I drove away I yelled "MOTHERFUCKERS" but had my windows rolled up and am not sure they heard me, and if they did, maybe they didn't understand it.

There are days (like today) where on one hand, you're right...when they're gone, they're gone, and it's over...but I just kept hitting POCKETS of them on the short journey between my house and the market. No sooner would I be rid of one then it would be time for the next.

There is one shopping center in particular, along the main drag, where people REGULARLY make illegal left turns across four lanes of traffic (they have to cross double yellow lines to do it), and they USUALLY wait to do this when cars are RIGHT ON TOP OF THEM.

Such is life in Silicon Valley...and pretty much everywhere else, I'm sure.

2. Beats the ones who wait until the light turns green

and THEN decide to turn their left blinker on with a shitload of oncoming traffic. By then the right hand lane is full of cars and you can't move over.

Yesterday. Except he was in front of me and walking to the train, stopped and took forever to pick something up off the ground and then hopped on the train...right as the door was closing. Leaving me with a closed train door in my face as he was nicely taking his train seat. Bye bye train.

I get those all the time. They also drive so slow that you eventually catch up with them again at the next light. My favorites are the idiots who think the passing lane is their private domain and think that because they're doing 67 mph that they have the right to stay there.

Taking the subway/bus/trolley back and forth to work is fine most of the time except during the height of summer. There is no A/C on the bus, and someone is bound to sit/stand right next to me on that crammed bus in 90° heat who hasn't taken a shower in weeks but had plenty of beers that day. Yummy.
