As bad as they look it could be a recent surgery... implants take awhile to "drop". The skin needs a chance to stretch. Of course, if they really stretched her skin a lot to cram in larger implants they may never drop well.

The more you have to stretch the skin to cram the buggers in there the more the skin has to stretch out over time for them to drop successfully... some never drop much at all and some drop way too much. For a long time after the surgery they have to be massaged often to encourage the skin to stretch. This is why so many surgeries don't come out well since there's really no predicting how they'll drop or if they do it evenly (often one drops more than the other). No matter how good the surgery, they look tight and fake until the skin loosens up unless there was already plenty of skin to accommodate the size of the implants. The most successful ones I've seen were ones where the woman had really droopy boobs to begin with (plenty of skin) and didn't get too big implants (as long as the surgery itself was done well and the woman did good follow-up).

The only roles women get nowadays. The number of lines spoken by women in film has been in steady decline. You can sit through a whole series of previews in a theatre and hear no women speak on the screen.

In this particular case, I think that might be a BAD bra, actually. Because she's so thin and yet rich, if she got fake boobs, they'd HAVE to look better than that, right?

She has such small boobs on a skinny fame - she could be wearing a very padded push-up bra and end up with this hilariously bad result.

Or she thinks bolt-ons a la Victoria Beckham look great.

Finally, I wouldn't trust her word, either way, since she's quite obviously had a LOT of work done to her face, yet persistently denies it.



ETA: On second look, I change my mind. There's no way you can achieve that top cleavage without a serious WonderBra type of push-up. No way a strapless bra, or those tiny spaghetti straps, are doing that. Surgery! BAD surgery!

Her face surgery was an anachronism in Australia - the movie. Who had their lips done trout-like in the Second World War? Maybe her awful acting in that film was a distraction tactic to keep the audience from noticing her face.
