8. No ... one of UHaul's companies, called "help you move" or

something like that, completely f*cked up; the local Uhaul didn't even know about this other Uhaul sister company and wouldn't honor coupons I had from this other place (coupons that expressly said they were to be used toward Uhaul rental fees, etc.).

Anyway, I tried to get a refund from Uhaul on the cost of the truck they rented to us, but they ended up giving me this stupid certificate instead. I thought I could buy a good-quality jack for the car, but uhaul.com (of course) doesn't sell what I want.

So I'll sell the certificate for less than its face value, just to get some cash to use on other things... GRRRRRR
