Tell me to go back on my diet. I've been off it for 3 weeks and have maintained the weight I lost.
I'm really happy with that. But now it is time to lose more weight. I'm about 30 pounds from my goal weight. I've already lost 25 pounds.

1. Don't get complacent
You are probably looking and feeling good and people are telling you how great you look and suddenly you feel like you can let down the guard so to speak.

bad move.

Get up tomorrow and tackle it again.
Don't let yourself down. You are doing a very difficult and amazing thing.

4. No, I won't do that.
I will tell you that taking a break is good as long as you don't get back into bad habits and gain weight. I'd suggest that you pick a date to go back on your diet and try not to eat poorly until then.
A three week break sounds healthy to me.
