But, only if you have a really strong stomach. I kid you not. I can't believe anyone would videotape something like this and post it on the Internet--let alone have a whole huge web page full of this stuff.

3. I was a medic in Germany from 1973-76...
.
...and there was such a SERIOUS shortage of military doctors over there
during that era that we were allowed to do things that R.N.'s can't do
here in the States.
.
One of those things was minor surgery -- usually lancing a boil or
removing a cyst, etc.
.
We were given pretty free rein until one of our compadres told us all
(including the Flight Surgeon we were working with) that he had exposed
what he was PRETTY sure was a boil on this man's neck, but wasn't 100%
positive that it wasn't the jugular vein... so he just went ahead and
nicked it "ever-so-slightly" to determine which one it was.
.
Ever seen a doctor freak out?
.
We still had pretty free rein, but he insisted on at least a peek and
what our "plan of attack" was before turning us loose with any more
weapons of individual destruction.
.

.

6. I'm deeply suspicious of the medical profession.
I have five cousins. Four of them are doctors. Knowing my family the way I do and extrapolating... I pretty much gotta be crawling on all fours before I see a doctor.

Squeaky.

8. Wwrrgglll. I was going to make tuna salad - using mayonnaise, of course -
but I think I'll put that project off for another day.

9. It is certainly large...but it might be a spider bite.
I've had bites that looked like that...turn into nasty suppurating sores that take a long time to heal.

11. Owww, whatever it is, I pity the poor soul who suffers from it!
And I will not think about mayo, I will not think about mayo... ommm... ommmm....

Many years ago in SE Texas I mowed the grass in my MIL's yard and mowed over a fire ant bed. Ended up in the emergency room, with my legs looking like an elephant's. Those little critters are nasty.
