the butt collapses VERY suddenly, any women you know over 50 who have a hard butt they didn't get it thru exercise but thru implants -- i laughed the laugh of the cocky thru my 40s and patted myself on the back for my work-outs and then it just collapsed over night...yowch!

true, it's obvious when they're nude, but it looks great in jeans and this woman should have been more honest w/ herself and w/ reality

14. No... I'll be 58 this coming June.

I'm happy with the genes Mom and Grandma have passed on to me. I've never been skinny and elegant in my body shape, more on the muscular side and only 5'4", but seem to have inherited good connective tissue. Not one stretch mark from pregnancy. Butt and legs are still firm. On the other hand, there are indeed body parts which are slowly succumbing to gravity. And I accept that as simply getting older. I won't fight tooth and nail to reverse it, because that is the way it is, and it is just fine the way it is, for me. If I had to make the choice between either having sagging boobs or turning into mutton dressed as lamb, I'll take the sagging boobs any day.

When I said "why do people do such things to their bodies"... it reminded me of a time in my younger years, when I was tempted to have a cute little sailboat tattooed onto my butt. Glad I resisted, because by now it would have grown into a aircraft carrier.

who am I to judge? Really. Like I said in my earlier post, I may not understand why someone feels compelled to go this route but then again, she didn't ask for my opinion.

I admit that I did sneak a peek at the awfulpasticsurgery.com site. There was this one (previously) beautiful young woman, and it seems something went terribly wrong during surgery. I don't even want to think about what it's like to put your hopes, dreams and hard-earned money into such a venture, only to wake up, look in the mirror and being faced with the disaster you've turned into.
