I don't even know that there's a single word to describe this, but I'm consistantly attracted to the type of woman that makes me want to be a better person in general. I tire of anyone (male or female) who views themselves as entitled to some kind of 'special' treatment based on some demographic. I long ago got as tired of women with a "I'll let you have a little" attitude as I did of men with a "get a little" attitude. It's about partnering, not about bookkeeping, not about games, and not about lying there until I'm done. It's about participation.

I guess confidence is kind of the most important thing for attracting my attention, but the last two are completely necessary to keep it. Its kind of a question of what she/I are looking for - if its a one night stand or just casual sex then looks and confidence.
