Old war story but you guys liked it the last time...

When Vice Criminal Richard "Dick(head)" Cheney was Secretary of Defense and came to my unit, they first wanted a NCO whose home of record was Wyoming and who knew a lot about our operation to escort him through the site. Field Station S-1 got out their home of record list and found out exactly zero soldiers were from Wyoming. Then someone had a wild idea: "Sergeant Mowreader is from Idaho, maybe he's lived in Wyoming. If he has, we'll make him do it." I lived in Thayne, Wyoming, THREE FUCKING TIMES! So I got the assignment. Lucky me. (And yes, he is as big of a prick as you think he is.)

Along the way, I took him to our Morse section. Now you gotta know one thing about Morse operators: They are clinically insane. All of them. These fuckers had made little paper spurs and, while we're standing there learning about what it is they do there, one of those fucking assholes in the Morse shop taped the paper spurs to Cheney's heels.

We made up a story to get him back in the subsystem so the asshole who did it could undo it.
