Starting on Saturday, August 16, each computer infected by the ``Blaster'' Internet worm will begin sending packets of data several times per second to the Microsoft site in an attempt to knock it offline.

Corporate America is getting what it deserves. Any society that puts greed over the well-being of itself doesn't deserve to survive, let alone prosper.

I've seen a lot of talk, but given how these creatures operate, talking (sadly) does very little good at all.

We as a society need change in all sorts of ways. But the malcontents only talk. Talk will do no good when the "people" we're up against have more money and care more for money than society. And our society values money more than people.

So when do people act, after it's too late? Never? Just sit back and watch things go to hell? (Yes, I'm thinking of the oil industry again, but nobody's perfect...)
