PS - Try getting some Lavender oil, and sprinkling it on your pillow when you go to sleep. It won't solve you problems, but you'll get a decent night's snooze.

as the first couple of days when I quit smoking.

But let me tell you; I don't regret NOT spending $6 a DAY on shit made by republicans to KILL me for their PROFITS.

FUCK THEM.

If I can quit a life long habit of 1 - 2 packs a day, I'm pushing 2 years done now), then YOU can.
