Firefox "Text Only" browser extension for dialup users

I have read posts on DU from members who have dial-up only and have trouble with replies on topics that contain large images, slowing the loading of the page and viewing the threads. For those who use the Firefox browser for Windows, and aren't aware of this extension, I have posted links below that explains how to use it and the installer download page:

There is also a text-only browser that was originally designed for Unix/Linux based OSes called Lynx, that has been ported for use in Windows, but it is complicated to install and use:

1. It's easy to turn of graphics or anything else in Opera.

Lynx is more of a browser for terminals or as the basis of specialized browsers for the blind and people with other disabilities. DU does not look so good on it. DU looks pretty much the same in Opera with images turned off.
