The Vermont Teddy BearTV ad is the most incredibly offensive
thing I have seen in a long time - both men and women portrayed as shallow/stupid almost beyond belief.

Sorry just had to get that out.

The gist of it was: "If you want to be well-laid, buy these bears for your girlfriends"

Seriously, even compared to Christmas, Valentine's takes the cake for patronizing and cynical advertising.
