Good morning Lounge
How are you today?

I had a very nice - but not really relaxing - weekend. Saturday I worked till 10pm and then went to a club with two friends. We were at my place at 5am and went to bed between 5.30am and 6am. Slept till 1pm, had a very nice "breakfast" and then watched videos on youtube. They left around 5.30pm.
We had a blast. The club played music from the 70s and 80s and some new stuff.

Friday I went to the Boticelli exhibit. That was interesting and fun too. It was with people of the International meet-up. I met one lady from Virgina. And made connections to join a book club. Boy, my social life is roaring these days

Now I have to survive this week and then I can relax.

I know for sure that I won't work too long today

The owl was in a barn, yes. But I think it is allowed to come outside and show off every day :)

12. Good Morning Miss Honeychurch :)
:hi:  :loveya: :pals:

Not my best weekend, but far from my worst. I was going out to shovel snow, slipped and landed on my tailbone. I'm OK, it's just tender. We got 28" on Saturday, and now they say we're getting another 12" on Wednesday.

I want spring.

Glad you had a fun time dancing with your friends, and that the Boticelli exhibit went wel to. :)

13. Good morning SCE
:hi:  :loveya:

Ouch  You better stay home today and cure yourself. No need for too much action.

Boticelli was very nice, even though our guide kinda focused on the feet and hands  But the group was standing together after the tour (it was a "Art after work" event) and we got a drink for "free" (€15 entrance fee) and chatted away.

17. I'm going in, if only to get away from the house.
I've been inside since Friday, and I need to get a few things done before the next storm hits.

20. The concert was fantastic,
although the string quartet ended up to be a trio. One of the members had some type of emergency surgery, so they had to change their repertoire. The trio played a lot of Beethoven and Schubert. Very enjoyable. ;)

Sleep deprived is an understatement! But it sounds certainly worth it.

18. Good Afternoon!
We had a huge snowstorm over the weekend (well, huge for Maryland) and everyone is still digging out. To make things even better, we are expecting more on Tues/Wed and now I'm hearing a rumor about even more over the weekend.

As of last night work was supposed to be opened today, but they changed their minds this morning, so I am considering going back to sleep :) I am honestly not sure if we will have any work this week at all.

I didn't do much of anything last weekend but recover from the snow storm that hit Ohio Friday night into Saturday morning. Unfortunately, there is another one on the way. It will be here Tuesday. Stress stress stress.
