A rather unusual "moisturizier".

For some reason when I woke up this morning, I remembered this incident from a few years ago.

I was getting up to go to work, and noticed that the skin on my face was rather flaky and dry, roughly resembling the crust of a Hostess fruit pie.

Being a guy, I don't tend to keep a lot of "product" around for myself. So I went to my wife's medicine cabinet to get some kind of moisturizer.

Now, I am NOT a morning person, and am fairly useless before my first caffeine of the day. So, thinking I had grabbed a tube of moisturizer, I started slathering it on my face. After a moment, I noticed a rather familiar aroma.

I looked down at the tube. It was my wife's KY.

3. Not to pry, but "your wife's KY"??? Are you not a part of the regular use of the KY??

Is it not the "marital KY", or "our KY" or just "the KY".

And yes, I am part of its normal use, but not exclusively so.

Among the plethora of different possible explanations, many quite exotic, the His/Hers medicine cabinet is quite understandable.

9. Well, we don't know why she owns KY

It is a medical lubricant, is it not? Some people use it for enema nozzles, suppositories, relieving dryness in the nether regions...okay, usually it's for sex, but not always.

6. A friend of mine did something similar and wound up brushing his teeth with Peri-Anal Cream.

But did your face have all the sensation promised in the TV ads?

7. No, fortunately. I wouldn't want my cheekbones to be that sensitive!

8. It's an old story-- hung over, no coffee yet, in a rush, grabbed the wrong tube.

The worst part was that it was his mom's Peri-Anal Cream-- an anti-hemorrhoid medication. Nah, actually the worst part was that he told on himself (through puckered lips).
