I like both peanut butter and jam, just not together.

It is, of course, also good with nutella, on wheat, open faced.

Edited on Tue Feb-02-10 07:37 PM by AsahinaKimi
Some times I like to buy a nice jar of crunchy peanut butter and eat it from the jar.. (oh, and don't worry, its only me at home~) The best kind is the natural .. I don't like stuff like Skippy or Peter Pan.

BY The way.. CASHEW butter is awesome if you can find it!

22. That's the best way to have it.
When I buy peanut butter, it rarely makes it onto a sandwich. But, I do eat it with a banana often. And, yep, natural is the only way to go

Almond butter is also delicious!

18. "...On wheat with banana slices and honey..." WTF? Then it's no longer a PB&J
Why do people insist on adding things to classics?

"Here, let's add some sliced mango to this bacon, lettuce, and tomato sandwich, and we can call it a BLMT!"

I need to go punch a mime. Right in the snout. Excuse me.

:grr:

32. Other:
The only way to eat PB is with a spoon in one hand and the jar in the other. You do not need bread, crackers, or celery. They just get in the way.:9

39. On homemade multigrain bread with homemade spiced apple butter
Or on squishy store bought bread with mayonnaise.

Or just PB on toast (any kind) so it's hot and runny.

And it's gotta be Peter Pan Crunchy PB - nothing else will do.

It's surprisingly good although obviously the fat and cholesterol is off the chart unless you use lowfat varieties.

I also like marshmallow creme.
