Makes the seam welding and rollcage installation easier.... Think I'm crazy? US car co's sell "bodies in white" to race car builders - can't be registered (no VIN)

This is the famous "disassembled Beetle" drawing in John Muir's "How to Keep Your Volkswagen Alive."



I have been told this picture depicts EVERY part in a Volkswagen.
