Regardless of how funny a name is, no one should have their personal information put out there without his/her permission.

it's probably not his "personal" information- I'm sure it's the address and number of where he works.

That being said, he probably doesn't want a bunch of people calling his employer and saying that their transactions were complete Failures (teeheehee)
