DOH! I fell asleep while meditating!
I was doing my daily mindfulness of breathing meditation and I nodded off in the middle of it. I am a little exhausted from work but jeez, I feel like a dolt right now! :banghead:

4. Oh fer Christ's sake
Don't be so hard on yer self. I'm misspelling on purpose here as a 'real dolt'. Gosh when I practiced meditation regularly I often felt as it I were in the twilight between being awake and asleep.

Sometimes I would hear myself snore and come to a little.

May all beings be peaceful and happy. May we all be free from our suffering. Hmmmm, what was it that was going to pass? Man, it has been a long time since I thought of those Dharma lessons. Was it someting about all things pass away hmmmmm, don't remember?

I'm glad to hear you meditate at all. You're a good sport to take my silly ribbing. I mean no harm.
