Am going to miss The Holidays this year, evaluate my "replacement" feast

This year is the first year we've been apart at the holidays since we got married in 1993. We talked on Thanksgiving and will on Christmas, but we're going to have to do a Combined Feast during my next home time--we'll probably do it on the 11th of December. What I will cook:

bruschetta
shrimp cocktails
tossed salad
London broil cooked rare, sliced thin and made into French dip sandwiches with Swiss cheese and au jus
homemade hash browns with melted cheese--she loves my hash browns
fresh green beans
pumpkin and key lime ("Barack Obama") pies

What else should I have?

I'm sorry you have to be apart on the big holidays, but I think your plan for the Combined Feast is an excellent way to cope...
