Suggestions if you don't mind.
My wife is having a hard time getting over Bronchitis. I ended up taking her to the emergency room (Freakin health insurance she has no one will take...she keeps calling and most of the time she's told never heard of that insurance.) She's given meds - Z pack, inhaler, Antibotic. Doctor gives her a couple days off work. She takes the meds and uses the inhaler. tries to go back to work.

She starts getting worse again and mind you this is about 2-3 weeks since she went there. She took the Z pack and was taking everything and cough seemed to die down and she seemed to feel better but than she started getting worse... She'd throw up sometimes on her own sometimes she was coughing so hard it made her throw up. So this past monday night I take her back to the emergency room and she's told by the doctor that it could be months before she's fully over the Bronchitis and the cough is gone. But they take an x-ray of her chest give her a couple meds so she can get a good nights sleep and send her on her way.

(unfortunately finances being what they are we couldn't get the scripts filled till Friday.)

But here is the thing Wednesday she gets a call from the "Follow up Doctor" they suggested if things didn't imporve or got worse. The office left a message saying to call them back as soon as possible it was important. She's concerned never had that happen before. she figure we went to a different hostpital than we use to go too (better service)

Friday- after thanksgiving she calls the office--naturally the office is busy and when she gets a hold of someone they say "we probably where checking to see how you are feeling." Wife tells them she's okay...(embrassed to say she didn't get meds yet because she couldn't afford it.) She takes a nap when she wakes up and checks the messages the office called back saying I'm sorry made a mistake we need to speak with you. Problem is office is closed for the weekend.

Wife is stressed out trying figure out what it could be.

any suggestions of what to tell her other than stary calm.

3. It's black tea with spices
You can find it at the grocery store. Tazo, Celestial Seasonings, Stash and several others make a version of it. Good with milk/cream and your favorite sweetener. Tazo even has a ready-made version in a box. Or, go to Starbucks. Try it there to make sure you like it before you invest in a box of teabags.

Chamomile tea is good, too. Calming and easy on the sinuses.

My guess is that this is something minor that they need to clear up. If it were serious, they usually tell you to call back ASAP.

5. Have you tried to call the office?
Sometimes medical practices have operators that will convey your problem to the doc on call. If it's a smallish practice, you may actually get the doc you need.
