What is it...6:30 there? That's not too early, especially if you're this tired... Go to bed! It will do you good, and help keep you well...

17. Believe me, I know what you mean.
Melatonin's been helping me lately, if you haven't tried it.

If you really feel that tired, lay down for half an hour and if you don't feel refreshed in that time, call it a night.

14. Well, if you need to be up at 2:38 am
but you see where I'm going. 8 pm is beginning to get reasonable. I am a big fan of napping but actually sleeping at odd hours can screw up your rhythm as shift workers know. If left to myself I would probably sleep from 2am to 10am but any consistent schedule would work.

16. It's always too early to go to bed *somewhere*.

18. Never - go with the way your body feels rather than what the clock says.
You will be better off every time. mark
