A toast to those of you who work today

I have a gaggle of relatives who work in the health care field. My wife is a mental health care aid at the state psychiatric hospital, and I have enough cousins with nursing, physical therapy, counseling, and pharmacy degrees to staff a decent sized hospital. Every year, someone has to miss the big Thanksgiving or Christmas get-together because they are busy caring for others.

Here's to the nurses, doctors, policemen, firefighters, and everyone else who gives up their holiday to look out for others!
