Father brings home a lie detector robot
Father brought home a lie detector robot. He explained to his wife that the robot was programmed to detect lies and expose the liar. She was just about to serve dinner as their son came home, about 2 hours late from school.

"Why were you late?" dad asked as the boy sat down at the table.

"I had to stay after to do a science lab." The robot zipped around the table and smacked the kid upside the head hard enough that he almost fell off of his chair. "Okay, okay. I was at Billy's house."

"What were you doing at Billy's?" the dad asked.

"We were working on homework." The robot smacked him upside the head again, even harder. "Okay, okay. We watched a video called 'Teenage Ninja Vixens'."

The dad frowned and said, "When I was your age, I never lied to my parents." The robot zipped around the table and smacked the dad upside the head so hard he DID fall on the floor.

"He's your son," mom laughed. The robot zipped around the table and smacked her upside the head.

Happy Thanksgiving!

4. Yes, it is a joke.
If they made a robot like that, what MAN would buy one?

5. No really?
I know I just had to pull your leg a little. It was a great joke. Thanks for the laugh. Now, I need to get off DU and fling a turkey into the oven.

6. Well, cut off its head and pluck the feathers first!
Otherwise the damn thing might knock out the oven light. Besides, feathers burn.
