Farmer wants to talk to dad...

A farmer pulls into a neighboring farm and gets out of his pickup. He knocks on the door and a 9 year old boy answers.

"Is your dad home?"

"No, he went into town."

"How about your mom?"

"No, she went into town with Pa."

"Well then, how about your older brother, Howard? Is he home?"

"No, he went into town with Ma and Pa. Is there something I can help you with?"

"I really wanted to talk to your dad about Howard getting my daughter pregnant."

The boy thought for a minute and responded, "I don't know if this will help you, but Pa charges $500 for the bull and $50 for the hog. I have no idea what he charges for Howard."
