Poll question: What's the highest level crime you've ever committed?
Even if you weren't arrested for it or caught. I after all have never been charged with anything above a traffic ticket. However I can think of two things I've done that classify as gross misdemeanors: Providing alcohol to people underage and going to a "happy ending" massage parlor (which technically falls under solicitation of prostitution in a public place, hence a gross misdemeanor.) Minnesota's pot laws are pretty lax so that's a non-issue. Can't think of anything I've done that would qualify as a felony.

2. Same here.
Let's just say, when I was younger, I got away with some bad deeds.

I'm far more law-abiding these days.

3. Frankly, I'm amazed I'm here at all.
Glad you are too. :hi:

Most of my stuff was fueled by being adventurous to the point of recklessness. Could have went either way on far too many occasions. :scared:

6. I was a hellion when I was a kid.
When I got older, thinking back to a particular night, I added up how long I could have went to jail for if I would have gotten average consecutive sentences for every law I broke. I figured it up to be around 34 years.

Let's just say there were several local, state and federal laws involved, in more than one country.

And you need an All Of The Above option.

14. above a certain age, everyone has committed a felony
there was a rather long period of time in the 70s where everyone, literally everyone who wasn't a beaten-down religious hysteric, used illegal drugs, a felony, and the beaten-down religious hysterics savagely beat their children and spouse, also a felony, altho one almost never prosecuted in those days

i don't think you will meet too many people above age 50 who have never hit someone in anger, never raised a weapon to threaten someone or at least uttered some violent threats, never drove drunk on multiple occasions, never used illegal drugs and i don't just mean smoking pot...it was a different and grittier world...every older person has done at least one of those things, yah, even your mom!!!

17. That depends.
On how one wanted to view the acts and place charges. By Florida law, third degree felony. However, thanks to a federal law signed in 2006 they could be federal charges of various grades of felonies, I believe.

Not that I've done anything wrong since that law was signed. I'm a good boy.
