5. Stargate SG1 should have made the list
there are a few shows that start in the 90s and end this decade. Stargate should have been on the list

6. I thought F&G aired in the '90's. I'd add 'Pushing Daisies' .
or 30 Rock or Boston Legal.

11. Numbers 1-3 sum it up for me.
The Wire, The Sopranos and Arrested Development all belong at the top of the list. Glad to see Lost made it as well.

and after that, only about half or less. So there's still gold in them thar hills for me to mine!

22. Show #10 is in some ways the best
especially if you like The Wire you should check out The Shield. By far the most gripping all around storytelling outside of The Wire. It would probably be #4 on my list and definitely before Breaking Bad, even though I love Breaking Bad. Check it out - The Shield rules.

16. Shocked that the show Ricky Gervais says is the best British comedy since the Office didn't make it
It's an absolute CRIME that How I Met Your Mother makes this and Peep Show doesn't.

18. Of all those shows I saw a handful of the West Wing episodes
a few minutes of a Sopranos, that's it.

19. I'm a huge Firefly nerd
But Arrested Development was also awesome, as is The Venture Brothers. I've been meaning to check out Dexter and Deadwood. This is a good list to start finding new shows.

The only problem is, I usually find shows RIGHT when they end (see "Firefly")

21. They nailed #1, #2, #3, and #4
all MUST see - especially #1: The Wire. Haven't seen Mad Men, but Breaking Bad, LOST, Deadwood, and The Shield, fuck what else can ya ask for? I'd say they are pretty right on with this killer list! (HBO's Rome and Carnivale were great too).
