4. My SO is making a tequila/grand marnier turkey

so I guess I'm getting pickled and cooked turkey this year. lol

He says it's terrific, but I'm reserving judgement. :D

5. If I'm not mistaken

the alcohol will all be cooked out of this bird by the time it's done. The residual flavors will remain behind, but the alchohol will be all gone.
