32 password protected viruses on my brothers lap top
trojanhorseagent_r.OT

has fuckin' vista.

he's tried malewarebytes, AVG....cleaned out all downloads....some are popping up as false positive infection.

any help would be appreciated....

2. "Nuff said"? Not for everyone.
What does 'reimage' mean? What does it do? How do you do it? Are there risks to unsaved data? Saved data? Etc? :dunce:

6. These people helped me when I had a similar problem.

They're free and very good at this stuff. They took me step by step through the cleaning process and I was back up and running in no time with a perfectly clean pc.
